Mine-spec requirements differ between operators, sites, contracts and vehicle uses. Atlas Hire needs the current requirement before confirming site acceptance.
Important distinction
“Mine-spec” does not mean approved for every mine.
A vehicle accepted at one operation may need different communications, identification, safety equipment, inspection evidence or engineering records at another.
Atlas Hire compares the allocated asset with the information supplied by the customer or destination site. Client or site approval remains subject to its own process and authorised decision-makers.
Mobilisation control
Four documented checks.
Requirement
Confirm the site, intended use, current specification, approval process and required records.
Gap check
Compare the available asset, fitted equipment, maintenance status and supporting evidence.
Rectification
Complete approved fit-out or maintenance work and update the controlled asset records.
Dispatch
Complete condition reporting, handover evidence and any required customer or site sign-off.
